As a real estate agent, I am regularly asked, “How’s the market?” I am so glad you asked me that! Some stats as of September 2025: the average sales price for residential, Gillette only was $336,992. The average days on market, (the day the home went under contract to the date the home sold) is 77 days. Last year at this time the average sales price through the month of Sept was $327,114, up 1.1%. The days on market compared to this time last year is up 6 days.
